Manage and trigger automated salary distribution jobs

Once per IST calendar day (runs shortly after server start if missed at midnight)

Distributes daily salary to eligible users based on direct-downline activity and tiers (daily + weekly + monthly qualification required).

Once per IST Sunday (any time that Sunday)

Distributes weekly salary based on direct-downline performance over the past week (daily + weekly + monthly qualification required).

Once per IST calendar month (if the 1st is missed, runs when the server is up)

Distributes monthly salary based on direct-downline performance over the past calendar month (daily + weekly + monthly qualification required).

Salary Distribution Rules:

Direct team only: Active players and deposits count only from level‑1 referrals (direct downline), not deeper levels.
Triple qualification: A payout runs only if the user qualifies for admin tiers on daily, weekly, and monthly salary for the IST windows aligned with that job (same logic for automated cron and manual "Run Now").
Daily Salary: Direct downlines must bet at least once on the counted day AND deposit rules meet the tier for that day
Weekly Salary: Direct downlines must bet at least once on EACH of the 7 days AND meet per‑day deposit rules for the week
Monthly Salary: Direct downlines must bet at least once on EACH of the 30 days AND meet per‑day deposit rules for the month
Salary income is calculated based on admin-configured tiers in Bonus Settings
All salary income is credited to users' Gaming Wallet
Cron jobs run automatically at scheduled times, but can be manually triggered using "Run Now"
